Battery Container Specifications

The BATTERY container is designed for storing exhausted batteries safely. It is constructed from a transparent polycarbonate tube with an outer diameter of 170 mm and an inner diameter of 166 mm. The base of the container measures 295 mm in diameter and is made from shock-absorbing ABS material, reinforced with thin plates for added durability.

Assembly and Components

• The tube is attached to the base at a height of 38 mm using either five rivets (4 mm diameter) or a special adhesive.
• The container features a rounded polyethylene cap with a butterfly-shaped ventilation hole measuring 100 x 40 mm on the top.
• The cap is secured onto the tube by pressure and includes external rings to ensure a tight fit.
• Inside the tube at the base, there is a 20 mm high sponge that serves to reduce noise and absorb any acid leakage.

Customization Options

The container can be customized by adding a semi-transparent serigraphed PVC film inside or by applying external stickers.
