Battery Container Specifications

The BATTERY container is designed for storing exhausted batteries safely and efficiently. It features a transparent polycarbonate tube with an outer diameter of 170 mm and an inner diameter of 166 mm. The base, measuring 295 mm in diameter, is constructed from shock-absorbing ABS material reinforced with thin plates for added durability.

Construction Details

• The tube is securely attached to the base at a height of 38 mm using either five 4 mm diameter rivets or a special adhesive.
• The container is topped with a rounded polyethylene cap that includes a butterfly-shaped ventilation hole measuring 100 x 40 mm.
• The cap is pressure-fitted onto the tube and features external rings to ensure a tight seal.
• Inside the tube at the base, a 20 mm high sponge is installed to reduce noise and absorb any acid leakage.

Customization Options

The container can be customized by inserting a semi-transparent serigraphed PVC film inside or by applying external stickers for branding or identification purposes.
