Battery Container Specifications

The BATTERY container is designed for exhausted batteries and is constructed primarily from transparent polycarbonate or PMMA materials. The main tube has a diameter of 120 mm (polycarbonate: 120/116 mm, PMMA: 120/114 mm), while the base diameter is 208 mm. The base is made of shock-absorbing ABS plastic, reinforced with thin plates for added durability.

Construction Details

• The tube is attached to the base at a height of 38 mm using 5 rivets (4 mm diameter) for the polycarbonate version; the PMMA version uses special glue instead of rivets.
• The container features a rounded polyethylene cap with a butterfly-shaped hole measuring 100 x 40 mm on the top.
• The cap is secured onto the tube by pressure and includes external rings to ensure a tight fit.
• Inside the tube at the base, there is a 10 mm high sponge that serves to reduce noise and absorb any acid leakage.

• The container can be customized with a semi-transparent serigraphed PVC film inside or external stickers.
