This document provides specifications for various hexagonal expanded meshes, identified by codes such as E 3, E 3.5, E 4, etc. Each mesh type is characterized by specific dimensions and properties.

Specifications

• Mesh Identification: Each mesh is identified by a code (e.g., E 3, E 4) and is defined by its long way (DL) and short way (DC) dimensions.
• Strand Width and Thickness: The strand width (av) and strand thickness (sp) are specified in millimeters for each mesh type.
• Maximum Width: The maximum width of the sheet or coil is provided, ranging from 625 mm to 1500 mm depending on the mesh type.
• Weight: The weight per square meter (kg/m²) is given, applicable to mild steel or stainless steel materials.

Mesh Types and Dimensions

• E 3: DL 2.00 mm, DC 0.50 mm, av 0.40-0.60 mm, weight 1.600-2.400 kg/m², max width 625 mm.
• E 4: DL 3.00 mm, DC 0.65 mm, av 0.50-0.80 mm, weight 1.700-2.750 kg/m², max width 1000-1250 mm.
• E 10: DL 5.00 mm, DC 1.00 mm, av 0.60-1.00 mm, weight 1.900-3.100 kg/m², max width 1000-1250 mm.
