The product complies with several standards, including EN 13163, EN 12086, EN 13501/1, and EN 300 for OSB panels. The extruded polystyrene is specifically compliant with EN 13164.

Panel Dimensions and Properties:
The panels are available in lengths of 2,440 mm and widths of 1,200 mm. The thickness of the panels varies from 30 mm to 100 mm, with corresponding total thicknesses including OSB ranging from 42 mm to 112 mm. The bulk specific gravity ranges between 610-660 kg/m3, and the modulus of elasticity is 5,000 N/mm2 for the main axis and 2,000 N/mm2 for the secondary axis.

Performance Metrics:
Bend resistance is 3,500 N/mm2 for the main axis and 1,400 N/mm2 for the secondary axis. Transverse tensile strength with dry fibres is 10 N/mm2, and dimension variations due to humidity are specified. The water vapour diffusion resistance is greater than 2.0, and the fire resistance classification is B2.
