Technical Datasheet PRIMER-PU 150 Aliphatic polyurethane primer Description One-component, aliphatic polyurethane primer. Ensures the proper adhesion of transparent, polyurethane liquid membranes and transparent polyurethane coatings on porous and absorbent substrates. Being UV-stable, it features non-yellowing properties. 200-300 g/m2, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Packaging PRIMER-PU 150 is available in containers of 0.75 kg, 4 kg and 9 kg. Fields of application Shelf life – Storage PRIMER-PU 150 is a ready-to-use primer used for ensuring the adhesion to various substrates, such as concrete, cementitious industrial floorings, screeds, natural stones etc. Technical data Form: polyurethane prepolymer Shelf life in sealed containers is at least 9 months, in frost-free and dry conditions. Remarks  Temperature during application and hardening should be between +50C and +350C. Unsealed containers shall be used as soon as they are opened and cannot be restored. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Tensile strength: (EN-ISO 527) Overcoat time: According to Directive 2004/42/CE (Annex II, table A), the maximum allowed VOC content for the product subcategory h, type SB is 750 g/l (2010) for the ready-to-use product. The ready-to-use product PRIMER-PU 150 contains a maximum of 750 g/l VOC. Directions for use 1. Substrate preparation The surface to be primed must be dry, free of dust, grease, dirt, etc. 2. Application PRIMER-PU 150 is thoroughly stirred and uniformly applied on the substrate by brush, roller or spraying.
