Technical Datasheet PRIMER-PU 100 Polyurethane primerDescription One-component, ready-to-use polyurethane primer with solvents. PRIMER-PU 100 stabilizes porous surfaces and ensures the proper adhesion of ISOFLEX-PU polyurethane liquid waterproofing membranes. By penetrating inside the pores of the substrate, it acts as a bonding layer between ISOFLEX-PU and the substrate. PRIMER-PU 100 is a primer used for ensuring the adhesion of ISOFLEX-PU on substrates like concrete, cement screeds, wood etc. 2. Application PRIMER-PU 100 is thoroughly stirred and uniformly applied on the substrate by brush, roller or spray prior to the application of ISOFLEX-PU. Tools must be cleaned with SM-16 special solvent while PRIMER-PU 100 is still fresh. 200-300 g/m2, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. PRIMER-PU 100 is supplied in metal containers of 1 kg, 5 kg and 17 kg. Shelf life - Storage Form: Color: Density: Shelf life in sealed containers is at least 12 months, in cool, dry conditions. Remarks Viscosity: 100-120 mPa-s (+23oC) • Temperature during the application and hardening of the product should be between +50C and +350C. • Unsealed containers shall be used at once cannot be restored.
