ISOMAT ACRYL DECO is used both internally and externally in numerous applications, such as stairs, floors, walls, for aesthetic reasons (e.g. Cycladic architecture), in houses, stores, hotels, etc., as well as for special constructions, such as built-in beds, built-in sanitary ware (washbasins, showers). Substrate preparation The substrate should be dry (moisture content < 4%), free of dust, oily or loose material, etc. Any cavities such as cracks or holes in the substrate should be properly filled. Primers In case of absorbent substrates, such as masonry, concrete or plaster, they should be first primed with the acrylic primer UNIPRIMER or FLEX-PRIMER in one or two layers, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Non-absorbent substrates, such as old tile layers, should be primed with ISOMAT SUPERGRUND primer. Difficult surfaces, such as polished marble or metal surfaces, should be scrubbed before the epoxy primer EPOXYPRIMER-500 is applied, diluted with water.
