Description
ISOFLEX-PU 600 is a one-component, fast-setting, aliphatic polyurethane liquid waterproofing membrane designed for flat roofs. It is based on elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins, offering excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV, and weather resistance. The membrane forms a continuous, elastic, waterproof, and vapor-permeable layer without seams or joints. It adheres well to various substrates, including concrete, cement screeds, wood, and most waterproofing membranes, and is suitable for irregular surfaces. It maintains its original color without yellowing.

Fields of Application
ISOFLEX-PU 600 is suitable for waterproofing roofs, flat roofs, balconies, gypsum and cement boards, old bituminous or EPDM membranes, polyurethane foam, and metal surfaces.

Directions for Use
  • Substrate Preparation: Ensure the substrate is dry (moisture content < 4%) and free of grease, loose particles, and dust. For concrete surfaces, repair cavities and prime with PRIMER-PU 100 or PRIMER-PU 140 depending on moisture content. For smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, use EPOXYPRIMER 500. For metal surfaces, clean and prime with EPOXYCOAT-AC.
  • Application: Stir ISOFLEX-PU 600 slightly before use. Apply by brush or roller in two layers, with the second layer applied crosswise after 8-24 hours. For dense cracks, reinforce with polyester fleece strips. Consumption varies based on application type.

Packaging and Storage
Available in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 25 kg containers. Store in original unopened packaging at temperatures between +5ºC and +35ºC for up to 6 months.

Remarks
ISOFLEX-PU 600 should not be used in contact with chemically treated water in swimming pools. Application temperature should be between +8ºC and +35ºC. Each layer should not exceed 1 mm in thickness. Unsealed containers must be used immediately.

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
The product complies with Directive 2004/42/CE, containing a maximum of 500 g/l VOC.
