The MEGASTABLE 16 N is a waterproof pet flooring made from SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) rubber granules, assembled with polyurethane resins. Installation Instructions:
Ensure all pads are at the same temperature during installation. Lay down the pads 24 hours prior to installation to allow them to reach their original dimensions. Install all pads in a single session under similar conditions. The installation surface must be flat, stable, and protected from frost. Suitable substrates include a leveled bed of gravel or concrete. For gravel, only dry laying is possible, while on rigid bases, the product can be dry laid or glued.

Environmental Considerations:
Maintain an application site temperature above 4°C for at least 24 hours before installation. If the temperature is below 4°C, store the pads for at least 72 hours at a temperature above 10°C before installation. Avoid installing pads in temperatures below 4°C for extended periods and store them in the shade to prevent overheating.

Packing and Storing:
Each pallet is wrapped in waterproof polythene film. Inside storage is recommended to protect from rainfall.

Warnings:
Ensure proper alignment and perpendicularity during installation. Start from the corner of the surface to be covered, applying glue with a 3 mm notched trowel on concrete surfaces.
