Technical Specifications

Acoustic Insulation Panels
The document details the specifications for acoustic insulation panels made from SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) granules compacted with a polyurethane binder. These panels are designed for walls, floors, and vibration control. They feature a black non-woven backing for added protection. The panels measure 1.2 meters in length and 1 meter in width, with a density of 700 kg/m³.

Physical Characteristics
- Thickness: Tolerance of ±10%
- Superficial Weight: 14.00 kg/m²
- Colour: Black
- Density: 700 kg/m³

Acoustic Characteristics
- Transmission Loss Rw: 54 dB for 10 G and 56 dB for 20 G, calculated according to EN ISO 12354-1.

Technical Characteristics
- Thermal Conductivity Coefficient (λ): 0.120 W/m K according to EN 12667.
- Fire Grade: Classified under EN 13501-1.

Packing and Storing
Each pallet is wrapped in waterproof polythene film. Inside storage is recommended to prevent moisture exposure.

Installation Instructions
- Lay an under-wall strip on the dry floor and build the wall.
- Apply a layer of row mortar about 1 cm thick on the first wall.
- Place the panel in the correct position and drill five holes per panel.
- Apply five plastic nails with a hammer.
- Use gypsum-based glue or low-expansion polyurethane glue for panel application.
- Seal panel joints with "Stik" tape.
