Used for joining membranes to blockwork, as well as sealing around window details. An impressive resistance to freezing to -30°C and workable from -5°C (no priming required). It can be adhered to immediately after applying. No need for clamping battens as with some adhesives. Can be used to close off electrical conduits. Solvent-free, gap-filling and elastic. Good resistance to rain immediately after application. Isocell Airstop Cleaner is used to clean the paste off tools and equipment. Ensure surface is dry, clean and dust free. No need to prime surface. Apply 5mm bead on smooth surfaces and up to a 10mm bead on rough surfaces. Once adhesive is applied, firmly press membrane onto it. Press the membrane securely along the whole length of the wall. If necessary, apply more adhesive to difficult areas like corners, etc. to complete the seal. Overlaps of membranes passing over the beaded seal should be sealed off – to ensure this, apply Airstop Adhesive paste between the overlapped membrane and adhere them together.
