Due to the heat‐formed Grada plywood, the sitting comfort is excellent without compromising gracefulness or lightness. The material flexes when sat on, and a thin cushion is sufficient. With the beautiful, technical birch veneer surfaces you can create functional groups and the fabric and leather options offer several attractive combinations. The shape of Duo is linear and timeless and fits well into a variety of environments. The high‐backed Duo is an excellent choice for larger conference tables. On the other hand, the low version and the version without armrests are better suited for public spaces.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Duo conference chair is available with either a low or high back and with or without armrests. The conference chair has either an upholstered cushion or it is completely upholstered. A new gluing technology enables the use of new cushions without compromising the graceful lines of the chair. The completely upholstered version can incorporate either one or two colours (the two‐coloured version comprises one colour on the inside and another on the outside). TESTING The strength, safety and stability of the Duo conference chairs meet the requirements of the EN 16139:2013, EN 1728:2013 and EN 1335‐2:2009 standards. The water‐thinned lacquers and stains used in the product’s manufacturing meet the requirements of the EN 71‐3 standard. The surface finish meets the requirements of Möbelfakta’s level 4–5. The fabrics used in the upholstering have eco labels.

DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS Primarily, all chairs that are no longer in use should be recycled for reuse. If reuse is not an option, the chair’s sections need to be detached from each other. The metal components need to be taken to a metal recycling point. The wooden components can be disposed of at a facility dedicated to burning municipal waste (burnable energy waste) or, if collection for burnable waste is not available, the components can be taken to a landfill. If the chair is upholstered, also the upholstery materials are suited for burning. Observe the local waste management instructions.
