Description
Viroc® Cement Bonded Particle Board is a composite material made from a compressed mixture of pine wood particles and cement. It has a non-homogeneous appearance and is available in various colors. The boards can be factory calibrated or sanded for applications requiring tighter tolerances, revealing visible wood particles on the surface.

Dimensions
Standard dimensions are 2600 x 1250 mm and 3000 x 1250 mm, with other sizes available upon request. The width and length tolerance is ± 3 mm, edge straightness is less than 1.5 mm/m, and squareness is less than 2.0 mm/m.

Applications
Viroc boards are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, including facades, walls, flooring, roof structures, ceilings, furniture, interior design, urban equipment, and lost formwork.

Tolerances and Thicknesses
Unsanded boards are available in thicknesses from 8 mm to 32 mm with varying tolerances. Sanded boards range from 8 mm to 32 mm with a tolerance of ± 0.3 mm.

Colors
Available in Black (NG), Grey (CZ), White (BR), Ocher (AC), Yellow (AB), and Red (VM).
