Technical Data Sheet Version: 2023.2 Date: 07/03/2023 Page: 1 of 12 Viroc Floor Viroc Floor is a Viroc® panel to be used as a subfloor or a floating floor for improved acoustic insulation. Viroc Floor panels comply with the specifications of the EN 634 part 1 and 2 and EN 13986 standards and have a CE Marking Certificate. Viroc Floor panels are calibrated (both surfaces are sanded) and the 4 edges are tongue and groove. Viroc Floor panels should be lined with a layer of finishing material. Thickness: ± 0.3 mm Length and width: ± 3 mm Edge straightness: ≤ 1.5 mm/m Squareness: ≤ 2.0 mm/m Flooring support and corrected acoustics of floor surfaces Viroc Floor panels have a thickness tolerance of ± 0.3 mm, and can be lined with a thin layer finish using materials such as vinyl or linoleum tiles. Viroc Floor panels can be used in dry or damp, indoor or outdoor environments. Viroc Floor panels can be supported directly on a metal or wooden framework structure. The maximum distance between the metal or wooden framework should not exceed 600 mm. Viroc Floor panels can also be used as a support for roofs, whether flat or sloping. They are installed the same way as for a floor. The structure profiles on which the Viroc Floor panels are placed must be sufficiently wide so that the zone of the joints between the panels complies with the minimum distance of the screws from the edges, as shown in Section 8.
