STEP INSTALLATION (refer to figures 1.1 through 1.3): The pool ladder legs have the step mounting fixtures installed at the factory. Slip the step (5) onto the mounting fixture, matching the direction of the arrow on the back of the mounting fixture with the top of the step. Remove and secure ladder away from the pool when the pool is not in use to prevent unauthorized, unintentional or unsupervised pool entry. Check all nuts and bolts regularly and before each use to ensure the ladder is sturdy. See maintenance instructions. 6.
