INSTANT WARM HANDWASHING SYSTEM Instant Warm Handwashing System provides warm water on demand. Designed to promote the use of hand washing and hygiene in locations where employees need to wash their hands consistently and effectively. PRODUCT FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS • System heats and mixes hot water from tank with incoming cold water to deliver warm water on demand • Output temperature can be adjusted to provide adequate warmth, regardless of incoming water temperature variances • Requires only cold water supply line • 2/3 gallon (2.5L) stainless steal construction tank dispenses at least 9 to 10 gallons (34.0L to 40.8L) per hour of warm water* • 1 gallon (3.8L) per minute flow rate • Chrome plate faucet with easy-action lever with ceramic disc valve and optional base plate • Easy to adjust temperature control on front of tank • Tool-free tank connections and dry start protection to ease installation • Recommended input water temperatures are 60°F at 50PSI (15.7°C at 3.52 kg/sq cm) • Mounts in standard sink opening or 1.25" (31.75mm) drilled hole ON-SITE YEAR HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS Minimum 2" (5.08 cm) to wall (15.24 cm) 6" Instant Warm Handwashing System operates on the principle of atmospheric heating and mixing of hot and cold water, eliminating the need for a pressure relief valve. Heating takes place in the large chamber which is open to the atmosphere through tubes “A” and “B” . Since water expands when heated, it is forced into the smaller expansion chamber via the aspirator hole. Cold water flowing down tube “C” forces hot water out the top of the tank into the spout where it is automatically mixed with the proper amount of tap water to produce instant warm water.
