„INO FENCE“ fencing elements Post base Įvaras Main mounting principles Fence posts profile (1) is mounted on a metal tube (60x40x2) or post base (2) and fixed by screws for metal. Covers (caps) (8) are fixed with glue. Mounting profile FS (6) is used to locate the position of the fence profiles and is fixed by self- drilling screws. Fence boards AD (3) are mounted directly into the fence post`s grooves. To form 90 degrees fence angle WPC U profile UP (7) needs to be connected to the post by self- drilling screws. Using start (4) and insert (5) profiles fence boards are connected between each other. This option forms closed fencing section (Pic. 1). WPC material reacts to an environmental impact (eg. temperature). Therefore by mounting it is important always to keep at least 5 mm gap (A) for free longitudinal board movement. WPC profiles can have some minor deformations in length of time, therefore it is recommended to get consultations from experts before planing and instaling fence.
