Installation and Storage Recommendations

Description: Fast-setting refractory mortar with high adhesion and mechanical strength, suitable for cement substrates like refractory brick masonry.
Storage: Store in dry conditions, maintain at 25°C for 48 hours before use during cold seasons.
Support Preparation: Ensure substrate is clean and solid; wet all parts to be joined before application.
Mixing Water: Use 3.5 liters of water per 10 kg of product, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Application: Apply manually with a trowel, ensuring a joint thickness of 3-5 mm.
After Application: Keep treated parts humidified for 24 hours to prevent cracking.
Drying and Firing: Wait 6-8 hours post-installation, then gradually light the first fire, repeating the process two or three times.

Checks and Various

Conduct visual checks after each work phase. Application may vary based on system type, cement dilution, and atmospheric conditions.

SCHEDA TECNICA TECHNICAL DATA SHEET Applicare manualmente la malta con cazzuola, con spessore massimo di 10 mm, e posizionare subito i mattoni o le altre parti da unire, quindi assestare con una mazzetta di gomma in modo da ottenere un giunto di massimo 3-5 mm. Asportare la malta in eccesso fuoriuscita prima dell’indurimento.
