Installation Guidelines

For roof slopes between 30% and 35%, a waterproof breathable membrane is mandatory.
Installation must be done using battens and/or mechanical hooks only.
To achieve optimal color uniformity, tiles should be taken from multiple pallets during installation.
Special pieces such as ridge tiles, end tiles, aerators, chimney tiles, snow stoppers, and antenna holders are available to complete the roofing system.
Recommended anchoring practices depend on roof slope and wind zones, with reference to the Italian Ministry of Public Works circular n. 22631 (24/05/82) for climatic zoning and wind resistance.

Compliance and Standards

The Ma.Xi.Ma. tiles comply with the following standards:
