50 mm thickness door leaf is produced of Sendzimir” processed hot-galvanized sheet metal with anticorrosion protection. Door is heat-insulated with treated mineral wool and fully galvanized, including the “hidden” parts. Optimal corrosion resistance demonstrated by 500 hour salt-fog test. Door surface is painted with epoxy-polyester thermoset powders in a 180 degrees (Celsius) oven, with substantial paint layer (70 microns plus).
