Specifications:
The TORCHE-ACR® Beacon is a robust, square-section beacon with a height of 0.95 meters. It is constructed from high-quality galvanized and stainless steel, oven-lacquered for durability. The steel quality meets S-235-JR or higher standards according to UNE-EN-10025. The beacon is manufactured in single-piece sections without cross welds and is hot-dip galvanized as per ISO 1461, ensuring high resistance to rust, humidity, and corrosion.

Procedures:
The beacon undergoes a dual-layer polyester paint finish process for added protection and appearance enhancement. This involves applying a washprimer followed by polyester paint, both oven-polymerized.

Features:
The beacon includes an earth connection and internal space for a Claved type junction box, eliminating the need for an additional manhole. It has a flushed access door for easy access to earth, connection, and junction components. The screws used are stainless steel.

Protection Standards:
The beacon has an IP66 / IK10 protection rating, ensuring it is dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets and mechanical impacts.

Diffuser:
The PMMA diffuser offers excellent light transmission and brightness, is lightweight, and shatter-resistant. It is highly weather-resistant, maintaining transparency for 30 years without yellowing, and is 100% recyclable. The diffuser features beads that provide a balance between diffusion and transmittance, with an 83% transmission rate.

LED Technology:
The beacon uses Philips Lumileds Luxeon 3090 LEDs with a power of up to 23W, a color temperature of 3000K (other options available), a CRI greater than 90, and a luminous flux of 3542 lm. The power supply is a constant current driver with an IP67 rating.
