Specifications:
The MDR.CONO is a truncated cone-shaped pole made from IROKO wood, featuring a galvanized and heat-lacquered cylindrical steel base. The steel used is of quality S-235-JR or higher, compliant with UNE-EN-10025 standards, and is manufactured in single-piece sections without cross welds. The base is hot-dip galvanized according to ISO 1461, ensuring high resistance to rust, humidity, and corrosion.

Procedures:
For added protection, a dual-layer polyester paint finish is applied, consisting of a washprimer followed by polyester paint, both oven-polymerized. The pole includes a flushed access door for easy access to bypass elements, connection, and grounding.

Materials and Durability:
The IROKO wood shaft is hard and very resistant, ideal for outdoor applications. It is manufactured in two pieces, laminated, dovetailed, and internally reinforced for maximum resistance. The wood is coated with a high-durability protector layer, is highly translucent to enhance texture, microporous to regulate humidity, and features self-cleaning technology to minimize dirt accumulation.

Models and Customization:
The MDR.Colonna model is available in a cylindrical section, while the MDR.Allumette model is available in a square section. The pole can be customized in terms of dimensions and finishes upon request.

Installation and Hardware:
The pole is designed for post-top fixing and uses stainless steel screws. The total height can reach up to 4 meters, with other dimensions available upon consultation.
