B110 Bin What makes this bin unique is that the front cross member of the bin has been reinforced, so when used in conjunction with the filler panel kit BPF-1 (details below) allows for any Ice-O-Matic 30" modular ice machine to be installed without the need for a KBT5*. (388 kg) • 48” (1,219 mm) wide, 31” (787 mm) deep, 50” (1,270 mm) high B110 WITH BPF-1 FILLER PANEL KIT The BPF-1 Filler Panel Kit is lightweight, easy to install and easy to remove for quick access to and cleaning of the bin. The KBT5 Kit is a solid piece of metal which cannot be removed without removing the ice machine. BPF-1 Filler Panel Kit This kit consists of two panels, gasket strips and bin straps. Panels have an innovative blow-molded design that keep the bin well insulated. They can be quickly removed for cleaning and are NSF® approved. Bin Filler Kit Installation • Place any 30" machine atop the center of the bin and attach to bin with straps. • When installing an ICE1506 you must use the bin straps included with the BPF-1 Filler Panel Kit. • Add gasket strips to the front of the bin on both sides of the ice maker. • Add filler panels on each side of machine. Bin Cleaning • Remove filler panels and simply reach in to wipe down the interior of the bin. Notes   The new design will not affect 48" installations or eliminate the need for the KBT22 and KBT23 tops. *The KBT5 will remain in the product offering to accommodate customers who have existing B100s and want to install a 30" ice machine on them.
