Overview: The HYC200 is a scalable DC-charging system for electric vehicles, offering power outputs of 100 kW or 200 kW. It features a Power-Stack concept for efficient and future-proof charging, with an efficiency of up to 97.5% and a voltage range of 150 - 1000 V. The system supports simultaneous charging for up to three cars and includes bidirectional charging capabilities.
System Specifications: The system includes DC interfaces such as CCS2 (up to 500 A, 600 A boost), CHAdeMO (up to 200 A), and others upon request. It operates in temperatures from -30°C to +55°C and at altitudes up to 4,000 m. The system is designed for both indoor and outdoor installations, with a protection rating of IP54 and impact resistance of IK10. It features a 15.6” display for user interaction and supports remote management.
Charging Interfaces: The system provides a maximum DC output power of 100 kW with one Power-Stack and 200 kW with two Power-Stacks. It offers a granularity of output power at 50 kW and supports various charging standards including CCS2 and CHAdeMO. Cable lengths are available in 3.5 m or 5 m with a Cable Management System.
Power Supply: The system operates on a 400 V AC nominal voltage with a maximum input current of 320 A. It supports a power factor greater than 0.99 and a THDi of less than 5% at full load. The system includes integrated lightning protection and has a standby power consumption of 43 W.
Norms, Compliance, and Standards: The system complies with various international standards and protocols, including CCS1/2, CHAdeMO, and GB/T for vehicle communication. It supports OCPP 1.6 J and is ready for 2.0 J. Certifications are in progress with TÜV Süd CB, and it complies with several EU directives and safety standards.
Configuration Options: Custom branding options are available, along with a Cable Management System for ease of use. The system can be floor-mounted and offers accessibility options for barrier-free operation. Payment systems include card readers and QR-Code readers. Additional safety features include an emergency stop button and multilingual support for the GUI.
