HygroMatik’s electrode and heater type steam humidifiers are coordinated for the marine engineering sector in corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing. With compact dimensions, hygienic humidifcation is achieved with mineral-free steam or bringing your steam bath to a comfortable temperature. Developed and manufactured in Germany, the units offer optimum component accessibility for easy, time-saving and cost-effective maintenance. The steam cylinder is divisible, so that individual components can be replaced if necessary. Therefore, no more bulky spares taking up storage space, only a small maintenance kit is needed. The electrode units can be operated with softened or tap water, the heater type devices can also be operated with demineralised water. All units can be adjusted to suit the different water qualities, HygroMatik offers support in the planning phase with optimum equipment selection - also on-site if required. HYGROMATIK PRODUCT RANGE: Electrode steam humidifiers The units can be adapted individually to each ship’s required atmosphere. They allow isolation resistances > 50MΩ and can be connected in a voltage range of 200 - 690 V to the on-board electrical system.
