Features
General Features: An all-in-one object-oriented solution for 3D-CAD/CAM from architecture to CNC. It is an open and scalable CAD system through AutoCAD® and AutoCAD Architecture®. It provides one intelligent 3D model for any kind of timber construction with a seamless data flow from architectural design to manufacture design and production planning. Advanced editing capabilities for individual objects like beams, sheets, metal parts, and tools are included.
Wall Types Database: Offers a 100% user-defined library with flexible definitions for wall types, corners, T-connections, and wall ends. Tools can be defined within details, such as saw lines and drillings.
Architecture: Includes floorplan and building design for both architecture and manufacturing, architectural stairs, and dimensioning. It offers high-end visualization and photorealistic images with an extensive library for architectural design.
Production Planning: Integrates with architectural design or allows design of wall elements with hsbFunctionality. User-defined layouts for wall-element representation are available, with live 3D-model views instead of derived 2D drawings.
Tools and Edit Functions: Refer to hsbTIMBER.
Database: Refer to hsbTIMBER.
Output: Fully automatic shop drawings with configurable layouts for floorplans and element drawings. Editable element drawings with automated dimensioning and clash detection for timbers and toolings. User-defined bills of material based on Microsoft Excel. Optional CNC data output for systems like Weinmann, Bautech, and Hundegger.
Data-Format: The output format for wall-elements is an open ASCII format containing comprehensive information, used for CNC data creation, database output, and production control.
Further Notes: Compatible with dynamic macros written in hsbTSL. Optional export of 3D models to RSTAB for structural analysis. Compatible with hsbTIMBER, hsbELEMENT, hsbLOG, hsbPANEL, hsbPC (Production Controller), and hsbBSH.
