10 HOPPE quick-fit connection Fitting a door handle usually involves a number of stages and not infrequent fumbling with tools. This is very tiresome and takes up a lot of time. The HOPPE quick-fit connection is infinitely quicker and better. Fitting door handles with this advanced technology can be done in one simple action without tools in only about 8 seconds. The key to this new technology developed by HOPPE is a jamming mechanism in the receiver handle into which the solid spindle of the other handle is inserted where it is held firmly and durably in position with no play. 11 The HOPPE quick-fitplus is so easy to fit All you need to do is put the roses and the door handles together. The escutcheons are self-adhesive and can be placed in position without tools and the whole fitting can be done without any screws. Door preparation This solution can be used on all standard doors with standard locks. No special door preparation is needed. All that is needed are two (Ø 7.5 mm) guiding holes for the short support-lugs. Place the rose in position Put the door handles together Stick on the escutcheon – and fitting is complete!
