The ST E series offers a range of three robust undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers, designed with double-wall construction for enhanced durability and performance. These models are engineered to provide perfect ergonomics and safety, featuring an exclusive wash and rinse system with adjustable stainless steel arms for superior hygiene and performance.
Models and Performance
The series includes three models: ST 43 E and ST 48 E (glasswashers), and ST 60 E (dishwasher). They are capable of washing up to 1500 glasses per hour and 540 dishes per hour, making them suitable for bars, cafés, wine bars, restaurants, fast food outlets, and marine environments.
Design and Ergonomics
The machines feature a finely brushed stainless steel AISI 304 double panel, a hermetic counterbalanced seal door for acoustic insulation, an ergonomic recessed handle, and a rounded profile control panel.
Advanced Electronics
The dishwashers are equipped with a digital display showing washing and rinsing temperatures, a multifunctional START button, four pre-set wash cycles with customizable times and temperatures, and a self-diagnostic system with coded alarms.
Hygiene and Safety
The internal structure is self-cleaning with quick-release rinsing nozzles and a self-cleaning tank filter with an extra stainless micro filter. Safety features include a low voltage P.C.B., a magnetic door switch to interrupt the cycle if the door is opened accidentally, and an automatic stop if water supply is insufficient.
Wash and Rinse System
The system includes adjustable and removable stainless steel arms for both upper and lower wash and rinse, providing high-pressure cleaning for effective results.
Accessories and Options
Standard features include a rinse aid pump and standard racks. Optional accessories include a detergent pump, drain pump, special inclined racks, a BREAK TANK system for constant rinse temperature and pressure (available on ST 48 E and ST 60 E), and a built-in water softener.
