Introduction
This installation guide is for the Mini Camera by Micro Imaging Devices. The package includes a mini camera, RCA to BNC adapter, swivel mount, installation hardware, wall/desk mount, and a product warranty card. The CMOS camera requires only a power supply to produce a video output signal, which can be connected to a TV or VCR with a video input connector.

Connectors
The power pack barrel connector specifications are as follows: Inner barrel (+) 6VDC unregulated, 2.1mm I.D.; Outer barrel (-), 5.5mm O.D.; Barrel length, 12mm. The camera connector pin assignments include power and video connections with specific color functions.

Camera Power Input Requirements
The recommended voltage is 6.0VDC, with a minimum of 5.35VDC and a maximum of 12VDC. The typical current at 6.0VDC is 33 mA. Exceeding 6.0VDC can degrade the camera's signal-to-noise ratio.

Installation
Ensure power is off before making connections. Install the camera type (NTSC or PAL) that matches your display device's format. Optional accessories include a power supply and RCA to BNC adapter.

Service
During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Contact Silent Witness for assistance or to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Prior authorization is required for all returns, exchanges, or credits.
