The doorbell button can also be used to switch the lighting on and off. Thanks to the weatherproof housing, the robust doorbell button can be installed outside next to the entrance door.

SUPPLEMENT TO THE SMART ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM The compact Homematic IP Doorbell Button is a further addition to the Homematic IP Smart Home for access control applications. It can be installed easily near the front door and, in conjunction with a sound output device (e.g. the Homematic IP Combination Signalling Device), issue a door chime when the button is pressed.
