HOMAPAL® – METALL HOMAPAL® – METAL Metalle bieten neben einer einzigartigen Farbwelt und einem individuellen Glanz auch eine außer­ ewöhnliche Haptik, die sie zu einem g interessanten Werkstoff machen, der sich durch nichts imitieren lässt. Neben allen technischen Eigenschaften und Vorteilen ist es aber vor allem der optische Aspekt, der bei den HOMAPAL –  Metall­oberflächen besticht. HOMAPAL setzt im Produktionsprozess zur Herstellung der Laminate dünn ausgewalzte Folien aus Aluminium, Kupfer, Messing und Edelstahl (1.4301) ein. Die Oberflächen werden durch ein spezielles Prägeverfahren mit ver­ schiedenen Strukturen versehen und auf einen HPL-Kern verpresst. Bei einigen Dekoren erfolgt eine weitere Veredelung der Oberfläche in Handarbeit. Das Ergebnis sind Laminate mit echten o Metall­ berflächen, die mit Attributen wie kühl, sachlich, warm, wertvoll, rustikal etc. aufwarten. Die HOMAPAL – Metall-Kollektion umfasst insgesamt 90 verschiedene Dekore, die in ihrer Anmutung von klassisch bis modern, von designorientiert bis zu handgestaltet ein vielfältiges Spektrum abdecken. Metals offer in addition to the unique colouring and sheen, an exceptional touch which makes them an interesting and inimitable choice. Alongside the technical properties and advantages, it is, first and foremost, the visual aspect which renders HOMAPAL – Metal surfaces so striking. HOMAPAL use thinly rolled foils of aluminium, copper, brass and stainless steel (1.4301) to produce the laminates. Using a special embossing technique, the surfaces are furnished with different structures and pressed onto a hard HPL core. What‘s more, some of the décors are then finished by hand. The result: laminates with real metal surfaces which create a range of ambiances; from cool and businesslike to warm, luxurious or rustic and many more beyond. The HOMAPAL – Metal collection comprises a total of 90 different decors which are able to satisfy a wide range of tastes, from classic to modern, from design-orientated to artistic. HOMAPAL – Metal laminates are fire retardant according to both IMO (International Maritime Organisation) standards and DIN EN135011:2010-01 (MPA Dresden GmbH, classified as B-s1, d0). HOMAPAL – Metall-Laminate sind schwer­ entflammbar nach den IMO-Regeln (IMO – International Maritime Organisation = Internationale Seeschifffahrts-Organisation der UN) und vom MPA Dresden GmbH nach DIN EN 135011:2010-01 als B-s1, d0 klassifiziert. The laminates do not contain formaldehyde in accordance with DIN EN 717-1 as confirmed by eph Entwicklungs- und Prüflabor Holz­ technologie GmbH. w Formaldehydfreiheit wurde vom eph Ent­ ick­ lungs- und Prüflabor Holztechnologie GmbH nach DIN EN 717-1 bescheinigt.
