Product catalog summary
Available Dimensions:
The gluelam beams are available in widths of 60 mm and 80 mm, derived from BS11 ripped timber. These widths are not suitable for visible parts due to shrinkage cracks. Full dimension purchases are made in pairs.

Specifications:
Gluelam beams are made from Scandinavian Spruce, suitable for exposed applications. They are available in various widths ranging from 60 mm to 200 mm and thicknesses from 120 mm to 1000 mm. The beams are technically dried to a wood moisture content of 12% ± 2%, planed on four sides, chamfered, and precisely trimmed. They are wrapped in film for delivery and are suitable for application classifications I (interior) and II (external under roofing).

Quality and Standards:
The production process is subject to strict internal and external inspections, ensuring high form maintenance and dimensional stability. The beams comply with DIN 1052-1/A1 standards, specifically BS 11/GL 24h and BS 14/GL 28h. They are glued with waterproof polyurethane adhesives.

Applications and Customization:
Gluelam beams are ideal for projects requiring curved girders and special cross-sections, available upon request. They are produced in approximately 200 standard cross-sections and lengths ranging from 2.3 m to 18.0 m.

Pricing and Invoicing:
Prices are available for BS 11 Visible and BS 14 Visible grades. Invoicing is based on multiples of 40 mm lams, with a new basis for invoicing introduced.

Material Suitability:
Scandinavian spruce is recommended for visible parts and superior habitation demands due to its quality and aesthetic appeal.
