This plug will fit a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. Turn off power/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb. Bulb gets HOT quickly. Contact only switch/plug when turning on. Do not touch hot lens, guard or enclosure. Do not remain in light if skin feels warm. Do not look directly at lighted lamp. Keep lamp away from materials that burn. Use only with a 100 Watt, bayonet base halogen bulb or smaller bulb. Do not touch the bulb at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage bulb. Do not operate the portable luminaire with a missing or damaged guard, lamp containment barrier or UV filter. Holding the reflector with one hand, and the glass shield with the other hand, place the reflector and glass shield over the bulb and onto the base. Turn the reflector clockwise until it is completely assembled. Lower the dimmer stem through the hole in the bracket on the main stem into the small dimmer knob on the base, being careful not to scratch the stem surface. Tighten the setscrew on the small...
