This plug will fit a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. Halogen Table Lamp 6242/2 Please make sure that the following parts for your lamp are enclosed: 2. Bulb (75 W Bayonet Base Halogen by Osram, 2 Your lamp comes fully assembled with the bulbs and glass shields in place. If you should need to replace either, please follow these instructions. The glass shield is held in place with a spring clip on each side. To remove it, pull it gently from the clip. To replace it, put one side of the shield in the spring clip and insert it into the opposite side. NOTE: BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE BULB ENVELOPE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. Remove the glass shield. To remove the old bulb, hold the bulb at the porcelain grip, push it down slightly and turn it counterclockwise. To insert a new bulb, hold the bulb at the porcelain grip, push it down slightly and turn it clockwise. Replace the glass shield. Care Instructions_ Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean. If necessary, a slightly damp, soft cloth may be used to spot Do not use common household cleaners or brass cleaners on lamps or fixtures, as the lacquer on the outside of the brass may be damaged as a result.
