Bulb(s): 1 each for 12001/1 or 2 each for 12006/2 Compact Fluorescent, GU24 Base, 18W IT IS FIRMLY RECOMMENDED THAT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN INSTALL THIS FIXTURE. Fixture Installation_ 1. Remove the crossbar strap from the back of the sconce. 2. Connect the wires from the sconce with the wires in the outlet box according to generally accepted electrical standards. 3. Mount the crossbar strap to the outlet box after making the wire connections. 4. Mount the fixture to the crossbar strap. 5. Install the compact fluorescent bulb(s). Place pin-end of bulb into socket and turn Glass Installation_ 1. Remove the finished nuts from the front of the sconce. 2. Remove one small white plastic washer from each side, leaving one washer on each stem. 3. Place the glass on the fixture and the small white plastic washer over the glass. 4. Tighten the finished nuts hand-tight. Your wall sconce is now operational. Care Instructions_ Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean. If necessary, a slightly damp, soft cloth can be used to spot clean. Do not use common household cleaners on lamps or fixtures, as the lacquer on the outside of the brass may be damaged as a result. Enjoy your new Holtkötter lamp.
