Product catalog summary
Product Overview
The PU323 glue is a grey, single-component, polyurethane-based adhesive known for its high adhesiveness, permanent elasticity, and excellent resistance to aging and weather conditions. It is ideal for flexible gluing applications, particularly where impact or vibration is involved.

Chemical Base and Applications
PU323 glue polymerizes quickly with air humidity, transforming into a flexible material. It is suitable for gluing rubber angle profiles, HEXDALLE® XE tiles, and Helixa TP Wall Protector Boards.

Product Properties
- Operational stability: -40°C to +80°C
- Polymerization speed: 2mm in 24 hours at 23°C and 50% RH
- Elasticity module: approx. 0.5 MPa
- Shore A hardness: 25 to 35
- Stretching before cohesive rupture: >400%
- Elastic recovery: >90%

Instructions for Use
Application temperature ranges from +5°C to +40°C. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from non-adhesive elements. Use a manual applicator gun and apply the glue in lines or dots. Hold glued parts in place during initial polymerization if necessary.

Adhesion
PU323 glue adheres well to cement, concrete, brick, stone, metals, and treated wood without primer.

Chemical Resistance
Resistant to fresh, salt, and hard water, and most aqueous cleaning agents. Temporarily withstands hydrocarbons and weak acids but not suited for solvents or strong acids.

Packaging and Storage
Available in 310-ml cartridges. Store in a dry place below 25°C for up to 6 months if unopened.

Precautions
Use personal protective equipment and follow hygiene measures. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and read the safety sheet before use.

PRODUCT DATA SHEET – PU 323 GLUE I. CHEMICAL BASE / APPLICATIONS The PU323 glue is a grey, single-component, polyurethane-based glue mastic. The PU323 glue quickly polymerizes with the humidity of the air and changes into a flexible material with the following features: - high adhesiveness permanent elasticity does not run does not shrink not corrosive excellent resistance to ageing and the weather. The characteristics of the PU 323 make it the ideal product for flexible gluing, especially in cases of impact or vibration: - gluing of rubber Angle Profiles 1.50-m in length - vertical gluing of the 10mm-thick HEXDALLE® XE tiles onto a wall - vertical gluing of the 25mm-thick Helixa TP Wall Protector Boards II. PRODUCT PROPERTIES Operational stability: -40°C to +80°C. Polymerization speed: 2mm in 24 hours (at 23°C and 50% RH) Time when open: 1 hour at 23°C and 50% RH Density: about 1.2 The following characteristics have been measured after 28 days of polymerization at 23°C and 50% RH. Elasticity module: approx. 0.5 MPa. Shore A hardness: 25 to 35 Stretching before cohesive rupture: higher than 400% Stress before cohesive rupture: 1 to 1.2 MPa. Elastic recovery higher than 90%. III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Operating conditions Temperature of application: from +5°C to +40°C. Moisture: make sure there is no risk of water vapour condensation on the bases. Operating tools Use an ordinary manual applicator gun. Depending on the application, use a cleaning material suited to the bases. Preparation of the base Whatever the intended use, the elements to be glued, the bases or the joint lips must be clean, dry, sound, degreased, free from any demoulding agent and curing compound and cleared of any nonadhesive element (dust, old paint, rust, etc.). Porous bases Remove all traces of little or non-adhesive material by manual or mechanical brushing. Then carefully dust by air blast or vacuuming. Closed bases (metals, plastics, etc.) Models, drawings and names are registered. No copy or reprography is permitted without prior written authorization. Degrease the surfaces with a solvent. In all cases, we recommend using the FC41 solvent. Allow sufficient time for the solvent to evaporate completely. Apply a line or dots (separated by several centimetres) of PU323 glue to the part to be glued. Fix the element to be glued by simply applying pressure with your hands. Hold in place if necessary for the first hours of polymerization with adhesive tape or a wedge. Alternatively: apply the surface coated with PU323 glue onto its base, then remove it and wait for 30 minutes before fixing it for good. A poorly positioned part can be easily unglued...
