PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® XE D.J.P. TILES 1) CHARACTERISTICS The tiles are made of recycled black rubber aggregate which has been sorted and graded, bound by polyurethane elastomer resin; the assembly is then compressed under several tons of pressure in a single operation. As a result of the composition, expansion in heat and shrinking in the cold are quite normal. Other processed chemical elements are used in the composition of our tiles to give them their solidity and elasticity. I. DESCRIPTION Dimension: 500 x 500 mm Thickness: 25 mm - 45 mm Colours: red – green – black The D.J.P. tiles are microporous to increase the draining of water and urine. A raised pattern on the underside allows fluids to drain away. Colour loss can occur on the surface with time without altering the characteristics of the tile. II. USE Covering for Horse stalls, Wash rooms, Stables, Vans, Veterinary clinics (sleeping room), Paddocks, Blacksmith’s rooms, to replace the straw bedding. Wall shock-absorbing protection, thickness: 10mm or 25mm. ® HEXDALLE XE D.J.P. tiles also provide excellent heat insulation, and they are comfortable and non-slip. We recommend cleaning HEXDALLE XE DJP tiles on a daily basis. The ® HEXDALLE XE DJP tiles can be simply washed (maximum 3 Bars) or swept with a soft brush. For a deep clean, use our bactericidal fungicidal cleaning product CLEANDALLE FC. Never use a solvent to clean the tiles. HEXDALLE XE D.J.P. tiles must be laid on a hard, stable, sloping base (at least 5 %). The tiles should be lined up without leaving any joints (laid very closely to one another). Any cutting can be done with a Stanley knife or a jig saw. ® The HEXDALLE XE D.J.P. tiles can be glued with our PU 93 glue. Apply the glue with a fine-toothed scraper onto the concrete, bitumen-coated material or wood base, and lay the tiles. Before laying, unpack the tiles onto a flat surface so that they recover their characteristics. ® Refer to the HEXDALLE XE laying instruction sheet.
