HEXDALLE® XE DALAMAT GS

Product catalog summary
Product Overview: The HEXDALLE® XE DALAMAT GS is a safety floor tile made from recycled black rubber aggregate bound with polyurethane elastomer resin. It is designed for easy assembly and disassembly without special tools, featuring interlocking designs similar to paving tiles.
Characteristics: The tiles are durable and elastic, with normal expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. They are available in various colors, including brick red, green, black, and chocolate, with some options speckled with yellow EPDM aggregate. Color uniformity may vary initially but stabilizes over time.
Dimensions: Each tile measures 795 x 795 mm with thickness options of 20, 25, 40, and 45 mm. Tolerances are +/- 0.5% for dimensions and +/- 3% for thickness at 20°C.
Usage: DALAMAT GS is suitable for permeable and waterproof grounds, serving as a sublayer for synthetic turf play areas and multi-sport fields.
Advantages: The tiles prevent undulations due to their non-roll delivery and are lightweight for easier installation. They offer high shock absorption and are recyclable at the end of their life. The product is inert, non-degradable, and highly porous both horizontally and vertically.
Storage: Store tiles at temperatures between 15 and 25°C, avoiding partial UV exposure. Unpack tiles onto a flat surface before installation to allow them to regain their characteristics.
Packaging: Tiles can be ordered per unit or by pallets, with specific maximum quantities per pallet based on tile thickness. Packaging includes protective measures to ensure safe transport, such as stretch film, adhesive tape, cardboard corner protectors, and plastic straps.

HEXDALLE® XE DALAMAT GS-1

PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® XE DALAMAT GS The tile is made of recycled black rubber aggregate which has been sorted and graded, bound by volume-dyed polyurethane elastomer resin. As a result of the composition, expansion in heat and shrinking in the cold are normal. Other processed chemical elements are used in the composition of our tiles to give them their solidity and elasticity. The interlocking Dalamat rubber tile is a high quality economical safety floor. Dalamat can be assembled and dissembled very quickly with no particular tools. The designs on the surface are similar to interlocking paving tiles. Brick red – Green – Black – Chocolate or black speckled with yellow EPDM aggregate During storage, make sure the elements are not partially exposed to UV rays as this will affect the colour. If the colour of the tiles is not exactly uniform, simply wait a few weeks for the colour to even out. A colour loss can occur without altering the characteristics of the tile. Green is more sensitive to UV rays than red. A special PU 63 or PA 63 non-slip paint can be applied by airless spraying by a specialist to renovate the appearance of the HEXDALLE® DALAMAT tile that has faded with time. DALAMAT GS was designed to be covered with synthetic turf (sand or rubber aggregate-ballasted), or wet pour ground. It is really adapted for permeable and waterproof grounds. DALAMAT GS is a sublayer for many uses: play areas in synthetic turf (playgrounds, multi-sport field, etc.) Models, drawings and names are registered.
