PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® XE AMY I. CHARACTERISTICS The tile is made of recycled black rubber aggregate which has been sorted and graded, bound by volume-dyed polyurethane elastomer resin. As a result of the composition, expansion in heat and shrinking in the cold are normal. Other processed chemical elements are used in the composition of our tiles to give them their solidity and elasticity. II. COLOURS Brick red – Green – Black – Grey – Chocolate - Flecked with beige EPDM aggregate During storage, make sure the elements are not partially exposed to UV rays as this will affect the colour. If the colour of the tiles is not exactly uniform, simply wait a few weeks for the colour to even out. A colour loss can occur without altering the characteristics of the tile. Green is more sensitive to UV rays than red. A special PU 63 non-slip paint can be applied by airless spraying by a specialist to renovate the appearance of the HEXDALLE® XE AMY tile that has faded with time. III. USE The Hexdalle XE AMY tile is a comfort floor especially conceived for spring games. It can also be used as a regular comfort floor for children. IV. DIMENSIONS / TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS 7.45 sqm tile made of 4 elements of approximately 1.50 m x 1.50 m each. Thickness: 40mm.
