LAYING INSTRUCTION SHEET – HEXDALLE® SL INLAID ELEMENTS FOR WET FLOORS IN SITU I. THE FLOORING 1. CHARACTERISTICS The HEXDALLE® SL elements are made of E.P.D.M. aggregate and polyurethane bonding agent (aromatic polyisocyanate). Due to the composition, light strongly affects the colour. 2. COLOURS Red, green, black. Green or red with yellow flecks. Yellow with green or red flecks. 3. DIMENSIONS Depending on the shapes, please refer to our table. Thickness = about 10mm. 4. LAYING - Choose an area which is not subject to intensive use or a lot of friction due to the type of play equipment. For example: at the foot of a slide, roundabouts, etc. - Clean the concrete, coated material or rubber surface. I) Apply dots of Polyurethane glue onto the HEXDALLE® SL element. The PU323 is sold in 310-ml cartridges (use with a suitable gun, not supplied). II) Turn the HEXDALLE® SL design over so that the dots of PU323 glue come into contact with the ground. Lightly tap with a rubber mallet or a wooden bar. The PU323 sticks instantly III) Using a brush, apply the polyurethane bonding agent that you use to make your wet floor onto the section of the figurine. Models, drawings and names are registered.
