PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® 90° ANGLE PROTECTION I. CHARACTERISTICS Made of black rubber aggregate bound by volume-dyed polyurethane elastomer resin. II. COLOURS Red – Green – Black – Grey – Black flecked with colour – or other colour (to be specified) in EPDM IV. DIMENSIONS Thickness: approx. 10mm Length: 1.50m – Width: 70mm. Weight: approx. 2.3kg V. USE HEXDALLE® ANGLE 90° : protection against impact or friction on sharp edges of walls or posts to reduce the risk of injury – For schools, day nurseries, sports facilities, retirement homes, factories, warehouses, fitness centres, car-parks, etc. VI. LAYING Coat both the fixed part and the HEXDALLE® 90° ANGLE protection with our PU323 polyurethane glue in 310ml cartridges. One cartridge is sufficient to lay 2 90° ANGLE protections of 1.50m in length (manual gun for the cartridge not supplied). VII. PACKAGING Sold individually VIII. MAINTENANCE Use our Bactericidal cleaning product: Cleandalle FC Green is more sensitive to UV rays than red. A special PU 63 or PA 63 non-slip paint can be applied by airless spraying by a specialist to renovate the appearance of HEXDALLE 90° angle protections. Models, drawings and names are registered. No copy or reprography is permitted without prior written authorization. This manual was reviewed in June 2015 and may be updated; please make sure this is the latest version.
