I. Characteristics
Moulded compact rubber made from black SBR aggregates and coloured polyurethane resin.
II. Colours
Available in Red and Black.
III. Dimensions
Length: 1500 mm, Width: 500 mm (composed of 500 mm x 500 mm boards), Thickness: 25 mm. Kit includes 2 red boards, 1 black board, and 2 cartridges of PU323 mastic glue.
IV. Use
Designed for dense rubber wall protection, suitable for underground parking lots, hotel car parks, garages, and industrial production lines. Installed using glue.
V. Maintenance
Low maintenance costs. Can be washed with a maximum of 3 bar pressure or swept with a soft brush. Use Cleandalle FC bactericidal cleaner. Wait 72 hours after gluing before cleaning. Avoid solvent products.
VI. Advantages
Shock absorption without impact strength restoration, no screws needed for installation, water and frost resistant, suitable for any plain or vertical material, interchangeable, and recyclable.
VII. Storage
Store at 15-25°C. Avoid partial UV exposure. Unpack on a plain surface before installation to restore original characteristics.
VIII. Conditioning
Available in 1500 mm length pieces. Disposable pallets: 1000x1200 mm or 800x1200 mm. Packaging ensures protection during transport. Check items upon receipt. Minimum 1 kit per pallet, maximum 89 kits per pallet.

MAINTENANCE Due to their conception, the “WALL PROTECTOR” rubber boards enable lower care costs. They can simply be washed (3 bar max.) or swept with a soft scrubbing brush. You can also use our bactericidal cleaner: Cleandalle FC. Wait 72 hours after gluing before the first cleaning. Make sure to never use a solvent product to clean the rubber boards. VI.
