Chemical Base / Applications: The FC 41 Solvent is a mix of urethane-grade solvents used for cleaning tools contaminated with PU 93 or PU 59 glue. It is also used for smoothing synthetic agglomerates made from rubber granules and polyurethane bonding agents, as well as colored quartz agglomerates bound with epoxy bonding agents.
Product Properties: The solvent appears as a clear liquid with a density of 1.05 g/cm3 at 25°C and a viscosity of 2.47 mm2/s at 25°C. It has a flash point of 95°C (Open Cup - COC) and a vapor pressure of less than 2.5 mbar at 20°C. It is miscible with polyols, solvents, polyisocyanate-based prepolymers, and some plasticizers.
Precautions: Users should read the safety sheet before use. Due to its degreasing properties, skin contact should be avoided. Adequate ventilation is recommended, and protective gloves and safety glasses should be worn. Work clothes should be stored separately, and hands should be washed regularly. The product is based on propylenic glycol ether and is not classified as dangerous, with no professional exposure limit.

III. PRECAUTIONS Read the safety sheet before use. As this product has degreasing properties, avoid contact with the skin. Good general ventilation should be sufficient for most cases. Protect hands by wearing gloves impervious to the product in the event of extended contact. Protect eyes by wearing safety glasses. Protect the body by storing work clothes separately. Wash hands at each break and when the work is finished. This is a propylenic glycol ether-based product. As this product is not classified as dangerous, there is no professional exposure limit. V.
