Product catalog summary
Product Description: ISOPROOF FR is a ready-to-use coating made from pure acrylate polymer dispersions. It can be applied using an airless spray device, paint roller, or paintbrush. The coating dries to form a durable, flexible, watertight, rainproof, weatherproof, UV resistant, airtight, and vapor-open membrane. It is certified as fireclass B (EN 13501) and serves as a carbonation barrier for concrete surfaces and an encapsulation coating for asbestos-containing surfaces.
Suitable Substrates: Concrete blocks, clay bricks, calcium silicate stone, fiber cement boards, insulation panels (EPS, XPS, Kingspan, Extratherm, Rockwool), OSB, and plywood.
Application Method:
  • Surface Preparation: Remove dust and loose parts. Fill holes and joints with a fast-setting cement-based product or polyurethane foam. Use PRIMER 46 FR for porous, dusty, low-strength substrates, water-sensitive plasters, and in hot conditions.
  • Application: Mix ISOPROOF FR without adding water or solvents. Apply in two layers using an airless spray device, paint roller, or paintbrush. Ensure the temperature is above 5°C and avoid full sunlight and rain during application.
Characteristics:
  • Form: Liquid
  • Color: Black/grey/white (other colors on demand)
  • Consumption: 0.75 kg/m²
  • Density: 1.2-1.3 kg/l

Weatherproof and airtight coating for concrete, masonry and facades; carbonation inhibiting, decorative, de-icing salt resistant and vapour permeable. Fireclass B, S1, D0 (EN13501) PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ISOPROOF FR is a ready-to-use coating based on specific pure acrylate polymer dispersions, which is applied with an airless spray device, paint roller or paintbrush and dries to a durable, flexible, watertight, rainproof, weatherproof, UV resistant, airtight and vapour open membrane, certified fireclass B (EN 13501). ISOPROOF FR functions as carbonatation barrier for concrete surfaces. Also for use as encapsulation coating for asbestos containing surfaces. Suitable substrates: Concrete blocks, clay bricks, calcium silicate stone • Fibre cement boards • Insulation panels: EPS, XPS, Kingspan, Extratherm, Rockwool • OSB, plywood • APPLICATION METHOD Preparation of the surface » Remove dust, loose parts and surface pollutions. » Apply on a closed surface; fill holes and joints with a fast setting cement based product or polyurethane foam; » PRIMER 46 FR at a min. consumption of 100 gram/m² (indicative) is needed for the following types of substrates and conditions: – Porous substrates – To improve adhesion on dusty substrates – Low strength substrates such as calcium silicate stone – (Water sensitive) plasters – And when applying ISOPROOF FR in hot conditions. Consult the productsheet of PRIMER 46 FR prior to use. » when applying ISOPROOF FR on insulation boards or over joints: use HEVATEX T10 textile over the joints, in between 2 layers of ISOPROOF FR. Application method: » Mix ISOPROOF FR; do not add water or solvents. » Minimum requirements during application and at least 24 hours after application: – T: > 5°C , also of the substrate – Do not apply in full sunlight – Do not apply during rain. » Apply ISOPROOF FR with an airless paint spray device, paint roller or paintbrush, in two layers. Apply the second layer, after the first
