FlexFusion™ Combi Accessories Bases are designed to raise smaller combi ovens to the ideal operating height while providing handy below-oven storage. FlexFusion combi bases come in two heights: • Short—22.88 in (580 mm) • Tall—33.50 in (850 mm) Choose from open stands or cabinet styles with enclosed storage. Bases can accommodate storage of both 2/1 GN and 1/1 GN pans on available rail inserts. Bases are constructed of stainless steel for easy cleaning and years of reliable service.
