Product Overview: The SC60 Woodburning Fireplace by Hearth & Home Technologies Inc. is designed for exceptional heating with a capacity of 70,000 Btu/hr. It features a large viewing area with dimensions of 36 inches wide and 19-1/8 inches tall.
Specifications: The fireplace comes with a fully insulated firebox assembly, standard firebrick lining, and an outside air kit. It includes a 160 CFM fan with blower control that connects to stainless steel Heat Tubes for enhanced heat output. The combustion rate and heat output can be controlled via the air kit and flue damper assemblies.
Installation Requirements: A hearth extension is necessary for installation. The fireplace uses SL300 Series venting and is tested and listed to UL safety standards. The framing dimensions and clearances are specified, with a minimum air clearance of 2 inches to the enclosure.
Options and Accessories: Optional features include DM Doors and Fireside Gas Logs. The product is covered by the Heatilator 20-year Buyer Protection Plan.
Important Notes: The fireplace header cannot be positioned until after the fireplace assembly is in place. Only noncombustible materials should be used below the top of the front standoffs.
