Product Description:
The LAB SP tree grilles are crafted from steel and are available in various patterns and dimensions, achieved through laser-cutting. The grilles come in different sizes, with the smallest being 735 mm, composed of four elements, and the largest being 1990 mm, composed of eight elements. The upper grille and frame are made from steel sheets of different thicknesses, with the upper part being 50/10 thickness and the frame 30/10 thickness. The frames, if present, are secured to the ground using specific bolts, while the grilles are fixed through countersunk holes M6. The steel used is EN10111DD11, and the product is manufactured in Italy. After processing, the steel is electrogalvanized and coated with polyester powder in RAL colors of choice.

The smaller tree grilles, LAB SP. 735 mm, are made of 4 elements: two shaping the grille and two shaping the perimetral frame. The grilles LAB SP. 990Mm are made of 6 elements: the upper grille is divided into 4 parts and the frame into 2 parts. The bigger grilles LAB SP are made of 8 elements: both the upper grille and the frame are devided into 4 parts. The upper part of the grilles is the result of laser-cut steel sheets (50/10 thickness), whereas the frame is made in steel sheet, 30/10 thickness. If present, the frame is ﬁxed to the ground through speciﬁc bolts (not provided) to be inserted on elements 12x18 mm. The tree grilles are ﬁxed to the ground (or to the frame if present) through speciﬁc countersunk holes M6. Steel EN10111DD11 is used for the realization of this product made in Italy and all the elements in this material, after all the diﬀerent stages (cutting, bending, welding), are treated with electrogalvanizing according to the UNI regulations and are later polyester powder-coated with RAL colours at choice.
