Cooking Methods:- Flare: Ideal for salmon and white fish, with a flaring time of 20-30 minutes depending on the size.
- Smoke: Small fish require about 20 minutes, medium-sized fish 30 minutes, and large fish like salmon about 40 minutes.
- Fry: Best for herring and white fish, with a frying time of 5-10 minutes on both sides.
- Steam: Fish wrapped in greaseproof paper should be steamed for about 30 minutes, longer for larger fish. White fish and bream are recommended for steaming.
