20/KSK/xxxx/0306/EN KSK - Grease Filter Unit Construction The exposed parts of the casing are manufactured from polished stainless steel (AISI 304) and the unexposed parts from galvanised steel. The unit comprises duct connections, airflow dampers and a measurement tap. The joints of the lower edges are fully welded and polished to ensure water-tightness. The grease and dirt extracted by the filters can be removed from the filter unit either via a drain tap or by emptying the collection tray.
